The Old Toolshed

pentwyn_toolshed_inset.jpgThe Old Toolshed, which sleeps two, is right on the farmyard overlooking acres of lush green pasture and is ideally situated for exploring and enjoying the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The intimate cottage has the benefit of its own private garden with a BBQ and wooden garden furniture and an idyllic stream flows just below the Old Toolshed, which is ideal for those swimmers who can bear the cold of the waters straight from the top of Pen y Fan.

The Old Toolshed only sleeps two, but it is possible for a family to combine the the cottage with camping in the field below. There are superb views of the Beacons and the Black Mountains.

A woodburning stove, comfortable sitting/dining room and oak framed door into a private garden with acres of farmland beyond make this a cosy and peaceful haven. Television, DVD player and Wifi access available.

The Old Toolshed boasts a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and large fridge freezer. Hand-made in oak, the ladder-like stairs link the downstairs sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with the upstairs mezzanine balcony and double bedroom. Please note, the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues.
